Ryan's is an amazing place to stay!! The whole family is very friendly, and the location right in town is ideal. A short walk ( or stumble ) from the local pubs and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. I have stayed at Ryan's a couple of times now and about to head back there again.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Our stay was wonderful. We received a warm welcome on arrival at Ryan’s, and our room was perfect — bright, airy, and looking directly onto the river. Before we arrived, we were sent helpful information about places to eat and visit, which made planning very easy. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, including great options for a vegetarian. Ryan’s is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of all the main sights in Cong. We will definitely use Ryan's again when we next visit this beautiful area.

Martha and David are great hosts. We were on a Corrib fishing trip and the families local knowledge of the Lough is unmatchable. Their son Daithi was our Gillie and did a fantastic job.

The welcome was fantastic. Everything we could need and more. Room was beautiful and immaculate. Room cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing. All food was of high standard. Host very accommodating. The view from the window was stunning. Will definitely be back.

We especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the Ryan family who have owned and operated this B&B in Cong for decades. Martha is amazing, she’s on top of every detail, bakes the best scones I’ve ever tasted and has a great sense of humor. While Ryans River Lodge has long catered to sportsmen, we were in Cong primarily to see The Quiet Man filming locations in Cong and the surrounding area. Martha took the time to help us pinpoint some really obscure of locations and also gave us tips on how to see some locations that are not easily accessible.

Martha was very friendly and accommodating. Spending time on the water with her son Donal was educational and insightful.

Could have done without the Lorrie’s trundling through constantly but appreciate it is not the fault of the Ryans A toilet roll holder would be nice

Just a brilliant stay from start to finish. Nothing to much trouble and great local knowledge. Located right in the village its a magical place to stay!

The location, the natural beauty, the village, the abbey, the castle, the abundant rivers, the comfort, the beds, the cleanliness, the decor, the breakfast, all outstanding. the forest, the moss, the frequency, the biodiversity, just stunning

Friendly, clean, comfortable, and beautifully located. Breakfast was amazing ! Shower always had hot water and noise level was low. Highly recommend!!

The room was large, very comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Wonderful breakfast and very warm welcome and service. Restaraunts and pubs less than a minute walk from the guesthouse.

Warm and comfortable room. Nice view over river .Quiet location in the village with close proximity to pubs and restaurants. Very good breakfast with excellent choice. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Good parking outside venue.

The friendliness of the staff, Martha and her family. The place was extremely clean, quiet and close to the sites and sounds of the beautiful and enchanting Innisfree (Cong) ... The Quiet Man movie filming locations. I will remember my short visit for the rest of my life.
